Shipping & Returns
We make every attempt to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase.
Please note; We do not ship purchases made on Saturday or Sunday, until the Monday
(or the next business day). We cannot guarantee delivery of a product on a specific
date and time, as these variables are out of our hands and typically depend on the Carrier or Postal Service for delivery times.
All online orders will receive Free Shipping for purchases of $29+ (before applicable sales tax). All other orders will be charged a Flat Rate of $5.95 for all items.
We are currently shipping orders to ALL 50 States using 1-3 Day USPS Priority Mail.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our Return Policy allows for returns on almost ALL of the products you will find on our store. Our Return Policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase and allows for an exchange of an unopened product or a refund of the original order. Before sending us your product, please contact us via email so that we can properly verify your exchange or return prior to shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging AND Unopened.
***Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.***
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be returned or Refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable about amount of time (typically within 3-5 Business Days)
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance or Liquidation Sale items (if applicable)
Any items marked as Clearance or Liquidation do not qualify for exchanges or refunds. All SALES FINAL on these items. Please contact customer support if you happen to receive one of these items and it is defective in some way.
Shipping (Returns or exchanges)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return or exchange an item. **For defective items or damaged goods, please contact us for a prepaid return label.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary from 10-14 days, depending on the situation.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item or in good order.
